Project Summary

The project Serena Beach is a completely closed residential concept, with all the commodities and exclusive view of the Pacific Ocean from all the apartments. It is located 50 minutes from Panama City, in Gorgona beach. The project consists of two apartment towers: the East and the West that have 84 apartments and 3 penthouses each; the South building in front of the beach holds 24 studio type apartments. The structure was founded on piles, emptied and driven, grouting jet, pile caps and seismic beams; reinforce concrete columns and shear walls. To make possible for all the apartments to have view to the sea, the building of the South tower has its apartments in three levels, lower than the social area, for which a Berliner wall was constructed due to the type of soil of the area.
