Project Summary

Vertikal is a modern style building option, offering 159 m2 apartments, in the luxury and exclusive area of Costa del Este. The building is provided with 35 slabs between parking lots, social area and 30 typical levels of 58 apartments in approximately 159 m2, and penthouse of approximately 360 m2. The structure was founded on piles, emptied and driven, pile caps and seismic beams; reinforced concrete columns were constructed and the post-tensed slabs system was used. During the construction phase, testing and concrete quality control was coordinated with the owner inspector.
