Project Summary

Copa Airlines decides to expand the Presidents Club to support its growing number of passengers. The work was carried out in a special schedule since the lounge never suspended its operations while the works lasted. The main challenge was to be able to do the work without disturbing the lounge during the day and executing an important part of the job during early morning hours when the lounge was closed. It became possible to recover the view towards the runway, the gentlemen’s bathroom was divided to create a bathroom for disabled and the stairs were remodeled keeping the same finishes and preserving the same decoration of the original lounge constructed also by Ingeniería Lambda in the year 1999.
