Project Summary
The new offices for Maersk Sealand, the shipping company, were developed on the last floor of the North building, Business Park complex in Costa del Este. The 2,100 m2 of construction were developed on raised floor. The finished include: modular carpet and granite floors; internal gypsum board walls; gypsum board ceilings and suspended modulated.
The IT room is provided with a precision air conditioning system, fire suppression and antistatic raised floor.
Ingeniería Lambda took charge of the administration and construction of the project during the 3 months of duration of the same. The project managed to be completed before the programmed date of delivery and inside the budget.
